Bansbach gas springs
Is your Bansbach gas spring broken? At Hinscha, you can quickly find the right replacement. Bansbach offers a wide range of gas springs, including gas compression springs, gas extension springs, and lockable gas springs. These gas springs are suitable for a variety of applications, such as industrial machinery, furniture, and medical equipment.
Which gas spring do you need?
At Bansbach, you can choose from different types of gas springs, each with specific properties and applications:
- Gas Compression Springs: These springs are ideal for situations requiring controlled force, such as car trunks, hatches, and lids. They ensure smooth upward and downward movements of your application.
- Gas Extension Springs: These springs are designed for applications requiring a constant pulling force. They are often used in medical equipment and industrial machines to keep parts safe and stable. A Bansbach gas extension spring can also be recognized by the letter "Z" in the reference.
- Lockable Gas Springs: These springs can be fixed in any desired position, making them perfect for use in office chairs, adjustable furniture, and beds.
If your application uses two or more gas springs, we always recommend replacing them simultaneously. With proper installation, the gas springs will wear evenly, resulting in a similar lifespan.
Order your replacement gas spring
Use our search function below to enter your part number and find the correct gas spring. Whether it is a gas compression spring, gas extension spring, or lockable gas spring, we ensure you get the perfect replacement.
How to find the correct part number?
The part number of your Bansbach gas spring is unique and can be recognized by the first letters, indicating the type of gas spring and fittings. The number is followed by a series of digits, separated by dashes. These digits provide information about the stroke length, total length, version, and force of the gas spring.
The structure of a reference is as follows: Fittings – Z (if gas extension spring) – (digit) – stroke length – total length – version – force. The digit is in parentheses as it may not always be in your reference.
If you purchased your old gas spring from Hinscha, there might still be a Hinscha sticker present. This sticker may have a reference consisting of 6 digits (X.XX.XXX). You can enter this reference without dots at the top of the search bar to find your exact gas spring.
Incomplete reference or can't find your reference?
Due to wear, it may happen that your reference is only partially visible. Note: You will be directed to a page with only Bansbach gas springs. If you also want to see similar alternatives from other brands, deselect the 'Bansbach' filter in the left column.
